Our Policies 

Payments


Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is accounted towards your final total that is due on the day of your appointment. Booking fees are subjected to be surrendered based on the Cancellation and No-Show policies.

ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.


Payment: Your remaining balance will be due in CASH or via Zelle.


Refunds: There are NO refunds, this is non-negotiable. You are paying for my time, expertise, product, and expenses, to provide you with a service. There will be no refunds to any services done. We can talk about options available.


Tardiness


I  give a 10-MINUTE grace period but once that mark has passed, your appointment will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any booking fees paid by you will be 100% forfeited and cannot be used toward future services.



Rescheduling

This option is allowed only ONCE for each original appointment. You must reschedule at least 48 hours ahead of the original appointment. Otherwise, it will be considered a late cancellation. To cancel a rescheduled appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee (50$ deposit).

 

No guarantees can be made for appointment availability, and any special accommodations is solely to my discretion and will not be promised for future services.


Cancellations


Your appointment is important to us and especially reserved for you. We understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please note that cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your deposit. We ask that if you must cancel, it must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any additional fees.

All No Shows and Same Day Cancellations will be charged 100% of your 50$ deposit.

COVID-19 Cancellations:

- If you test POSITIVE for COVID-19 outside of the 48-hour window, it is your responsibility to inform me as soon as possible. If you decide to inform me during the 48-hour window or the same day of your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the applicable cancellation fees.

 

- If you test POSITIVE for COVID-19 during the 48-hour window, I will require you present a positive test result in order to avoid forfeiting your booking fee and being charged the applicable cancellation fees.
